Your Dosha Profile

Count the number of each answer you selected:

Number of A answers (Vata): _____

Number of B answers (Pitta): _____

Number of C answers (Kapha): _____

Interpreting Your Results:

Your dominant dosha is the one with the highest number of answers. If two doshas are close or equal, you may have a dual constitution. If all three are relatively balanced, you may have a tri-doshic constitution.

Dosha Descriptions

Vata-Dominant

As a Vata-dominant individual, you embody the qualities of air and space. You are likely creative, quick-thinking, and adaptable. Your energy comes in bursts, and you may need to focus on creating stability and routine in your life.

Vata types benefit from warm, nourishing foods, regular routines, and practices that ground their energy such as gentle yoga and meditation. During times of imbalance, you may experience anxiety, dry skin, or irregular digestion.

Pitta-Dominant

As a Pitta-dominant individual, you embody the qualities of fire and water. You are likely focused, determined, and have a strong drive. You have good digestion, both of food and ideas, and tend to be efficient and organized.

Pitta types benefit from cooling foods, moderate exercise, and practices that release intensity such as swimming and moonlight walks. During times of imbalance, you may experience irritability, inflammation, or digestive issues.

Kapha-Dominant

As a Kapha-dominant individual, you embody the qualities of earth and water. You are likely calm, steady, and nurturing. You have excellent stamina and endurance, with a naturally strong constitution.

Kapha types benefit from stimulating activities, varied routines, and warming, lighter foods. During times of imbalance, you may experience lethargy, congestion, or weight gain.

Dual Constitutions

Vata-Pitta: You combine the creativity and quickness of Vata with the focus and intensity of Pitta. Your balance comes from honoring both aspects: providing grounding for Vata while cooling the Pitta fire.

Vata-Kapha: You blend the creativity and adaptability of Vata with the steadiness and endurance of Kapha. Your balance comes from finding the middle path: enough activity to prevent Kapha stagnation but enough routine to stabilize Vata.

Pitta-Kapha: You combine the drive and focus of Pitta with the stability and nurturing qualities of Kapha. Your balance comes from moderating intensity while maintaining motivation.

Tri-Doshic Constitution

As a Tri-doshic individual, you have a relatively equal balance of all three doshas. This is considered a special constitution that embodies qualities from each dosha in balanced proportions.

You are likely adaptable to different environments and routines, with the potential to draw on different qualities as needed. Your balance comes from maintaining a lifestyle that doesn't excessively increase any one dosha for too long.
